Amusen Filter Paper Co.,Ltd. Is established in 2000, which is professional in filter paper manufacturing, include industrial filter paper and food grade filter paper. The product is refer to many fields include tea industry, coffee industry, manufacture industry, automobile, engineering machinery, medicine, chemical industry and electronic partition. Amusen according to the customer requirement as the guidance and improve the product quality day by day. Amusen is cooperating with SHANXI XIAN Technology University, and continuously research the new product. Now we are selling product to the market of Europe, America, south Asia and the Middle East.
Amusen has invested 15 million dollar to import the most advanced paper production line from Germany Voith Company in 2015, and 1 million dollar to import KAMPF cutting machine. The main product from the new line includes: Heat-sealable and Non Heat-sealable teabag filter paper, coffee filter paper and herb filter paper. Currently the teabag filter paper is selling to many well-known companies and has a good market feed back.
Voith is a well-known company that it’s machine is famous in wet-type straight line non-woven part. Amusen’s imported machine can produce single, double and three layers wet-type straight-line filter paper, which technology is unique in the world. We adopt the double layers inclined wire forming process and unique pulping system is able to make the filter paper effectively reproduce particle permeate, it is contribute to the tea permeability. This technology will make paper softer and improved the wet strength.
Amusen’s filter paper can apply to different type of tea bag packing high-speed machine such as IMA C2000, CONSTANTA, PERFECTA and MAISA, low-speed machine such as NANFENG and YUJIE.
Amusen already passed the certification of ISO22000: 2005, FSSC22000: 2011, HACCP, ISO/TS 22002-4, GB/T23887-2009, BRC and so on. We strict operate the manufacture and control the product quality.
